Restaurant Buyout Information
Thank you for your interest in hosting a private event or full restaurant buyout with ABV Public House. Below is an overview of how our buyout events work, including pricing, invoicing, and how unused food and beverage funds are handled.
What Is a Restaurant Buyout?
A restaurant buyout provides your group with exclusive use of the restaurant for the agreed-upon date and time. This option is ideal for corporate events, holiday parties, celebrations, and private gatherings where privacy and a dedicated experience are important
Buyout Pricing & Minimum Spend
- • All buyout events are based on a minimum spend requirement.
- • The minimum spend represents the total amount to be spent on food and beverage during your event.
- • Pricing varies based on:
- ○ Day of the week
- ○ Time of day
- ○ Length of the event
- ○ Estimated guest count
A customized quote will be provided once event details are confirmed.
What the Minimum Spend Covers

Deposits & Payment Schedule

Invoicing & Final Billing

Food & Beverage Spend and Gift Card Policy
If your total food and beverage purchases do not reach the agreed minimum spend, the unused portion of the funds will be issued to you in the form of restaurant gift cards.

- • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
